This is the first of a number of rigorous checking procedures throughout the whole process that ensure that our products meet the required high standards of quality and safety.

Along with the rigorous preparation process Kookaburra has safety procedures in place to monitor and quality control the production process. These procedures take place at several places in the process and are monitored both by computer and by staff who keep track of the conditions that ensure quality.
